Dialog box keyboard shortcuts

If you press Shift+F8 in extended selection list boxes, you enable extended selection mode. In this mode, you can use an arrow key to move a cursor without changing the selection. You can press Ctrl+Spacebar or Shift+Spacebar to adjust the selection. To cancel extended selection mode, press Shift+F8 again. Extended selection mode cancels itself when you move the focus to another control.

El juez de la Audiencia Nacional Santiago Pedraz ha ordenado el ingreso en prisión del exbanquero Mario Conde. Hacienda castiga a Extremadura y Aragón por retraso en los pagos

Extremadura y Aragón no podrán disponer directamente de los fondos de la financiación autonómica. Son dos de las comunidades que registraron mayores números rojos en 2015. Y las dos que peor pagan a sus proveedores. Hacienda, tras el rapapolvo de Bruselas por incumplir el objetivo de déficit, quiere escenificar que aprieta las tuercas a las comunidades y ha desplegado una batería de medidas contenidas en la Ley de Estabilidad para obligar a las autonomías a ajustar sus cuentas. De momento, retiene los ingresos a Aragón y Extremadura, ambas gobernadas por el PSOE, para pagar las facturas de sus proveedores y advierte a Baleares, Andalucía, Cataluña, Madrid, Murcia, Castilla y León, Cantabria, Galicia, Asturias y a la Comunidad Valenciana.

Ted Cruz derrota a Donald Trump en las primarias de Wisconsin

El senador republicano Ted Cruz logró la victoria esta noche en las primarias de Wisconsin, el único Estado en celebrar su votación esta noche. El político de Texas consiguió el 50% de los votos, con el 65% escrutado, mientras que Donald Trump, el gran derrotado de esta noche, sumó un 33,4%. En el Partido Demócrata, Bernie Sanders ha derrotado a Hillary Clinton en su cuarta victoria consecutiva en la carrera por la nominación a la presidencia.

Negociaciones entre partidos y repetición de elecciones

La frustración que causaría el fracaso del proceso para alcanzar un pacto de gobierno entre diversos partidos reduciría la participación electoral de una hipotética repetición de elecciones y beneficiaría al partido que menos se ha movido para un acuerdo: el PP. La mayor movilización del electorado de este partido respecto al resto, de mantenerse la tendencia, podría afectar de modo notable al reparto de escaños. Es una de las conclusiones que arroja el último análisis de Metroscopia elaborado para EL PAÍS.

Negociaciones

Los votantes premian a los partidos que llegan a acuerdos para asegurar la gobernabilidad. Una comparación de los resultados de las elecciones autonómicas con las generales refleja que Podemos y Ciudadanos mejoraron su balance en diez de las once autonomías en las que firmaron pactos de investidura con el PP o el PSOE. Pedro Sánchez, Pablo Iglesias y Albert Rivera afrontan esta semana las negociaciones a tres para formar Gobierno sabiendo que los electores examinarán su voluntad de diálogo: igual que premiaron los pactos autonómicos, dan por hecho que castigarán a los que juzguen como culpables si no hay acuerdos.

La oposición venezolana pide el respaldo internacional a la amnistía

La oposición venezolana ha iniciado una carrera meteórica por conseguir el respaldo internacional a la Ley de Amnistía y Reconciliación Nacional, aprobada este martes por el Parlamento para liberar a los presos políticos, ante la amenaza de un veto del Supremo. Son 10 días de giras nacionales e internacionales, a partir del jueves, precisamente el mismo lapso de tiempo que tiene el presidente Nicolás Maduro para promulgar la ley o enviarla al Tribunal Supremo de Justicia para revisar su constitucionalidad.

El hacker colombiano Andrés Sepúlveda afirma que amañó elecciones durante años en toda América Latina, según una información publicada este jueves en la edición digital de la revista Bloomberg Businessweek. Basada en entrevistas a Sepúlveda, a su supuesto socio, el venezolano afincado en Miami Juan José Rendón y a las partes afectadas, la noticia detalla el presunto modus operandi del hacker.
